3. Who can join:

• Create an agency account by Followme during the event period;
• You already have an agency account and you do not subscribe any trader from 9th August 2019 - 9th September 2019;

4. Details:

• Description:

1. The Sub-FREE only can be used in each partner account once, the maximum chances to Sub-FREE are five;
2. The Sub-FREE only can be used for subscribing all traders from the community for one month (30 nature days);
3. The user must pay the subscription fee firstly, and the fee will be refunded between 9th Nov 2019 - 15th Nov 2019(within 5 working days). The user should set your bank card on the profile page before 9th Nov 2019, and the refund the reward;
4. The Sub-FREE will be expired before 8^th November 2019.

• You will be cancelled your qualification and rights if you have any behaviour and situation below:

1. Provide fake information;
2. Fake trading or malicious destruction;
3. Use any robot, spider software, crawler or any other automatic technology to participate in this event illegitimately;
4. Any violate integrity, public order and moral behaviour;
5. Any money laundry, illegal cash, fraud and any other criminal activity;
6. Any other irregularities.

• The user must know that there are many uncertain factors on the Internet, therefor the user shall understand and agree that Followme have right to use any includes but not limited methods to eliminating exceptions or adjust, stop, and cancel this event if any force majeure, the Internet or communication malfunction, computers or network paralysis, and massive fraud happen.
