Macro Global Markets – India KYC Free Credit Bonus Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The India KYC Free Credit Bonus (“Promotion”) is organized by Macro Global Markets (“Company”).
1.2. By participating in this Promotion, the client (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions in addition to the Company’s General Terms & Conditions, Order Execution Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This Promotion is available exclusively to visited or referred clients under designated BDM/IB groups in India.
2.2. This promotion is exclusively available to registered attendees of Tradeconnect 2025 in India.
2.3. To qualify, clients must successfully complete account registration and pass full KYC verification.
2.4. Each verified client is entitled to one (1) bonus account only. Multiple participations under the same identity, phone number, or payment details are strictly prohibited.
3. Bonus Credit
3.1. Upon successful KYC approval, the client will receive USD 50 trading credit.
3.2. The bonus credit is strictly non-withdrawable and may only be used for trading purposes.
3.3. The bonus credit will be automatically removed once a withdrawal request is made.
3.4. This Promotion is not eligible for rebates (No Rebate).
4. Withdrawal Conditions
4.1. To withdraw profits generated from the bonus, clients must fulfill all of the following:
• (a) Make a minimum deposit of USD 50;
• (b) Complete a minimum of 3 standard lots of trading volume (Forex, Metals, Oil only);
• (c) Hold each position for at least 2 minutes.
4.2. Maximum withdrawable profit under this Promotion is USD 100 (including the client’s deposit).
4.3. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the Promotion will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated profits.
5. Abuse of Trading
5.1. The following practices will be considered abuse and are strictly prohibited:
• (a) Hedging trades internally or across multiple accounts to generate risk-free profits.
• (b) Coordinated trading activity between multiple accounts (including family or related parties).
• (c) Latency arbitrage, tick scalping, or use of automated systems solely to exploit the bonus.
• (d) Opening and closing trades within a few seconds to trigger volume requirements without genuine trading intent.
5.2. If abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to:
• (a) Cancel the bonus and profits generated;
• (b) Withhold or reverse withdrawals;
• (c) Permanently suspend the client’s account(s).
6. Risk Control Measures
6.1. Permitted Products: Only Forex, Gold, and Oil instruments are eligible. Cryptocurrencies and other high-volatility instruments are excluded.
6.2. Leverage Restriction: Accounts under this Promotion are limited to a maximum leverage of 1:1000.
6.3. Profit Limitation: The total maximum profit that can be withdrawn from this Promotion is capped at USD 100 (inclusive of client’s own deposit).
6.4. Uniqueness Verification: Each client (based on ID, phone number, or bank card) is allowed to participate once only.
7. Company Rights
7.1. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• (a) Modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• (b) Change the bonus structure, withdrawal requirements, or eligibility criteria if deemed necessary for risk management.
• (c) Refuse participation to any client suspected of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation in this Promotion.
7.3. Participation in this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
