iFX EXPO Asia 2025: Turning Conversations into Conversions
Hong Kong, 26–28 October 2025 — iFX EXPO Asia 2025 brought the global trading and Fintech community together under one roof. And Followme is proud to join this magnificent event as the Official Media Partner. With more than 4,000 professionals and over 150 exhibitors, the two-day showcase at AsiaWorld-Expo (Hall 2) delivered a packed agenda of product demos, partnerships, and practical insights. From brokers and IBs to liquidity, payments, platforms, and prop trading firms. Attendees came to compare solutions, finalize integrations, and set a clear roadmap for 2026.
Before the show: Welcome Party, real connections
The energy started early at the Official Welcome Party at PIER1929 on 26 October. It was lively, direct, and productive. People met, compared plans, and booked demos for the next day. The tone was set with "3 Fs": fast, focused, and friendly.

Day 1: Business in motion
On 27 October, AsiaWorld-Expo (Hall 2) opened to full aisles and packed booths. Teams visited ATFX, B2Broker, EC Markets, MetaQuotes, Peska Wallet, ZFX and others to see what’s new in order-routing, risk, liquidity bridges, payments and onboarding.
On stage, the Speaker Hall and Idea Hub moved beyond buzzwords to tackle execution: AI’s real utility across trading and operations, evolving APAC regulation, liquidity transformation, and Web3’s practical rails for brokerage. The evening migrated to Hutong, where skyline views set the scene for longer, numbers-first conversations about roll-outs, integrations, and multi-market timelines

Day 2: Insight and opportunity
Day 2 (28 October) kept the pace but turned the focus to diligence and decision. Attendees arrived with shortlists, looking to finalize integrations for CRM, payout automation, KYC/KYB, and data feeds aimed at boosting funded-account conversion and lifetime value. Deep-dive sessions unpacked the mechanics of prop trading frameworks, Asia-Pacific regulatory alignment, digital-asset access, and client-acquisition strategies. Executives and product leads from ZFX, AWS, J.P. Morgan, Axi and others anchored practical playbooks many brokers will carry directly into Q4/Q1 roadmaps.

What distinguished this edition was the shift from tools to through-lines. Exhibitors framed their offerings not as features but as end-to-end revenue paths: Compressing onboarding friction, tightening payments and settlement, and reinforcing risk governance so growth scales without breaking.
AI moved from thesis to tooling, so as agentic support for compliance ops, RM workflows, and client service. In parallel, payments quietly emerged as the competitive wedge: Multi-rail settlement and chargeback-aware flows that turn traffic into funded accounts.

What’s next?
With EU/UK oversight tightening and APAC opportunity widening, the expo underscored the region’s role as a first-call market for scale. The mix of buyers and builders, plus high-signal networking at PIER1929 and Hutong, accelerated deal velocity; pilots discussed on the floor were measured in weeks, not quarters. For brokers and Fintech planning 2026, the message was clear: Integrate smarter, convert faster, govern better.
The Expo Ends. The Building Begins.
The iFX EXPO Asia 2025 was less a reunion and more a retooling. The industry arrived with questions about efficiency and compliance; it left with playbooks, partners, and a near-term agenda. From Hong Kong, the road ahead looks practical and performance-driven. And if this week’s conversations are any guide, the follow-through will show up quickly in launches, conversions, and live volumes.
