I Never Thought Job Data Mattered… Until Today

I’m still pretty new to trading, so I used to scroll past reports like this ADP payroll update without thinking twice. But seeing that private payrolls dropped by 32,000 and small businesses got hit so hard honestly shocked me. I didn’t realize how these numbers can hint at where the market might go next. Now I’m starting to understand why experienced traders always say, “The market moves before the news makes sense.” If I had paid attention earlier, maybe I wouldn’t have missed some of the recent price moves. It feels like every piece of data is a puzzle piece, and I’m just learning how to put them together. This journey is definitely humbling—but exciting. I just hope I won’t be late to the next signal.
