(a)on medical grounds ; (b) on the ground of public interest (c) on any of the grounds justifying special leave in terms of rules H33 and H36 below ( d) prior to retirement; (e) on resignation (f) to attend 'essential ' courses of training approved by the Training Advisory Committee as such .
