Partner Center The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index, released on October 28, showed U.S. home prices rising just 1.5% year-over-year in August 2025. That’s down from 1.6% growth in July and marks the seventh consecutive month of slowing. It’s also the weakest growth since mid-2023. That might no
